To become a Member The WCG takes up group membership schemes; a minimum of 10 people can start a club of their own in a school or a community. For a club to be recognized, a registration form should be completed and submitted with the registration and membership fees. Once a group is formed, new members can always be added. The success of a club depends on the enthusiasm and work of club members. You can become a Member in just 3 easy steps!

 

GWS is made up of a governing council and a secretariat, headed by an Executive Director and run based on a membership scheme. The membership scheme consists of:

  • Our adult supporters are made up of volunteers, old WCG members and people who love nature and have the interest to support conservation activities. As and when they are available, adult members get invited to educate and raise awareness on conservation in schools, communities, radio and televisions and have the opportunity to attend workshops, conferences and training sessions organised by the society. They also have the chance to share their knowledge on new research and findings in the world of wildlife conservation.
