Eric Lartey
Executive Director

Eric provides overall direction and leadership for the development of the Society’s nature conservation programme. He holds master of science degrees in Tropical Forestry and Development Policy and Planning from Bangor University and KNUST respectively. His expertise revolve around NGO fundraising, project management, forestry policy and biodiversity conservation. Prior to joining GWS, He initiated and successfully managed forestry and conservation projects in Ghana, Cameroon, DRC and Cote d'Ivoire. He has previously worked with the Forestry Commission, John Bitar and Co. Ltd and Friends of the Earth-Ghana in different management capacities. Read more..

David Tampori Daramani
Principal Programs Assistant -Biodiversity Conservation Research

David has been an integral part of major ornithological research work in Ghana. Key among which is the Ghana’s chapter of the Important Bird Areas of Africa. He provides technical support to the Research Unit.

Manager- Biodiversity Conservation Research

Thomas Gyimah
Project Officer- Biodiversity Conservation Research

Solomon Kenyenso
Project Officer - Biodiversity Conservation Research

His interest is in the area of conservation research and natural resources management. He has enormous experience, having worked extensively in all the ecological zones of Ghana. He holds a bachelor of science in natural resources management and a master of science in Disaster Management from the University of Development Studies.
