Inspiring conservation actions for

nature

and

people

GWS is dedicated to preserving and protecting Ghana’s rich and diverse wildlife and ecosystem. With a commitment to sustainable practices and community engagement, we play a pivotal role in conserving Ghana’s natural heritage for present and future generations.

What We Do

We believe that nature is the life support system of a planet in which all life can thrive. To ensure the survival of all species, including our own, people and nature must coexist in greater harmony, equity, and sustainability.

To realise this vision, we run conservation programs structured around four strategic themes:

Saving Species
Conserving Sites & Habitats
Empowering People & Communities
Ensuring Ecological Sustainability
